Opening with a history of Lackawanna's Phoebe Snow advertising campaign, which featured a series of catchy jingles, the program then describes the train's motive power and equipment.

A series of exciting full-color action scenes accompanied by a perfectly synchronized soundtrack show the Phoebe Snow in action on the Hoboken-Scranton main line, powered by E and F units, and even by the road's famed 4-8-4 Pocono-type steam locomotives! Many scenic locations are covered, including Hoboken Terminal, the Lackawanna Cutoff, Delaware Water Gap, Nay Aug Tunnel, Tunkhannock Viaduct, and many more.
